The Ocean Modern take
One of Hans J. Wegner's first designs for Carl Hansen & Søn, the CH25 pairs a solid oak frame with a seat and back hand-woven from paper cord. Each chair takes a craftsman around 10 hours and 1,300 feet of cord, and that patient texture glows in natural light.
Style itPlace it in an empty nook with a sheepskin throw and a paper lantern overhead for a reading corner.
