The Ocean Modern take
Norm Architects set out to rethink the centuries-old podium, and the Plinth celebrates marble at its most elemental. Stone masters select each slab for composition and veining, so every table carries unique markings. Hollow construction keeps it movable, yet the thick marble remains satisfyingly hefty, with options from Carrara to rose marble.
Style itChoose Carrara or rose marble and place it on a jute rug before a low, deep sofa.

From the maker
With the Plinth Coffee Table (2017), Norm Architects wanted to rethink the centuries-old idea of a podium and celebrate the natural beauty of marble. Expert stone masters carefully select marble with the best composition and veining for Plinth Tables – each of which has unique markings that make it one of a kind. The result is a collection with multiple uses in the home, office, or showroom.— Design Within Reach
