The Ocean Modern take
That distinctive backrest support, a single sweeping curve, makes this one of the most recognisable shapes in mid-century Danish design. A light but strong frame meets a comfortable paper-cord seat, bringing handmade texture and a minimalist outline to the kitchen island without visually crowding an open, sunlit plan.
Style itChoose light walnut and line a white kitchen island, letting the woven seats bring warmth.
