The Ocean Modern take
Morten Gøttler designed the Cuba Chair in 1997 for Carl Hansen & Søn, and its folding frame remains a model of practical grace. A hand-woven seat and backrest offer support, while solid, responsibly sourced oak keeps it durable. Light enough to hang on a wall between uses, it suits homes where guests drift in from the beach.
Style itHang a pair on pegs in a breezy hallway, then unfold them on the deck for evening guests.
